Architecture project from concept to realisation; Building permits; Construction management

The project consists of a renovation of the common exterior areas. The access to the building from the street and the connection between the two stairwells need to be renovated in order to fit the accessibility standard, and to improve the quality of the common spaces. The 60’ condominium presents particular choices in its materiality and architecture composition and details, for this reason our approach focused on their reinterpretation.
