Luštěnice Castle, 2025
Luštěnice – Ongoing
Wellness hotel project from concept to realization. Luštĕnice Castle is a historic Renaissance fortress extensively rebuilt in the early 18th century in Baroque style, featuring a U-shaped layout with a central body and two wings around a courtyard. Listed as a cultural monument in the Czech Republic, it formerly housed a post office, shops, and rental apartments. Partial restorations took place from 2014 to 2016 on the façades, windows and roof. The current project converts the castle into a high-standard hotel with nine guest apartments, reception, restaurant and wellness facilities. Restoration includes structural reinforcement of floors and roofs, non-invasive partitions, and full utility renewal. The adjacent garden will provide parking and landscaped areas, preserving the historic setting and ensuring functional integration.
